Full priced items bought online can be returned for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with tags attached and proof of purchase. Returns are posted back at the customer's expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Email hello@lonni.com.au to arrange a return. Store credit is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. Sale items are final sale unless faulty.
